Scholarship seats are limited, specially allocated, and offered at a subsidized rate for reference and academic outreach purposes. Once such a seat is booked, it cannot be transferred, canceled, or refunded for any reason whatsoever.
Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional conditions:
In such cases, a processing fee of 25% of the total course fee will be deducted before any refund is issued. No refunds will be processed after the 7-day window or after course access has begun.
Refunds will not be issued under any of the following situations:
Students may request a change of batch or program only with written approval from the academic team. Any transfer request is subject to seat availability and may involve an administrative fee. Refunds will not be issued in lieu of transfers or batch changes.
If approved, refunds (for eligible non-scholarship cases) will be processed within 30 working days of receiving the written request, after applicable deductions.
