Refund Policy

At Bennett Franklin, we are committed to providing high-quality educational programs and professional learning experiences. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses or programs.

1. General Policy

All admissions, once confirmed and fee payment made (partial or full), shall be treated as final. We strongly encourage applicants to review all program details, schedules, and terms before making payment, as refunds are not guaranteed once a seat is reserved.

2. Scholarship Students

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL SCHOLARSHIP STUDENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Scholarship seats are limited, specially allocated, and offered at a subsidized rate for reference and academic outreach purposes. Once such a seat is booked, it cannot be transferred, canceled, or refunded for any reason whatsoever.

3. Refund Eligibility (For Non-Scholarship Students)

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional conditions:

• The course has not yet commenced, and a written cancellation request is made within 7 days of payment.
• The student has not accessed any course materials, attended any live sessions, or used any platform resources.

In such cases, a processing fee of 25% of the total course fee will be deducted before any refund is issued. No refunds will be processed after the 7-day window or after course access has begun.

4. No Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following situations:

• The student fails to attend or complete classes for personal or professional reasons.
• Technical issues on the student’s end (device, internet, etc.).
• Change of mind, job change, travel, or similar personal circumstances.
• The student has accessed class recordings, live sessions, or course materials.
• The course was purchased under any special offer, discount, or scholarship.

5. Program Change or Batch Transfer

Students may request a change of batch or program only with written approval from the academic team. Any transfer request is subject to seat availability and may involve an administrative fee. Refunds will not be issued in lieu of transfers or batch changes.

6. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds (for eligible non-scholarship cases) will be processed within 30 working days of receiving the written request, after applicable deductions.
